After a very disappointing v0.06, here's finally
v0.07!
I have removed the codec for now, because it's not
very useful. I redesigned the cdrom interface, 
which can be better.
For the moment I didn't program jitter correction,
so for those with a cheap cdrom drive: bad luck.
Next release will have it, ofcourse. But I
programmed the whole day to make a v0.07.
I haven't tested it very good, but that's why you
all people are out there. 

The best things are:
1. It should run on everyone's computer now.
2. You can now encode straight from a scsi cdrom,
   without the need of an expensive codec.
   I've tested it on a Plextor 12/20 and an
   IMS CDD522. (and it works perfectly)

One more thing to say: sorry for all those people
who send e-mail, but I couldn't answer them all.
